Safe Yoga Practice
If you have health conditions, muscle injuries or strains, please inform your personal yoga instructor about it. This allows the instructor to plan ahead for your health conditions. There are certain do’s and don’ts of yoga poses (asanas) that experienced and knowledgeable instructors should be able to advise. We aim for safe practice that does not worsen any existing health issues or injuries.
You have the flexibility in choosing the dates for your Private home yoga classes. The preferred time, day and location can be booked according to your availability. A 60 minutes class is held at a location of your convenience.
Personal yoga instructors have their 100% concentration on your alignments during the sessions. We strive towards deepening your practice by helping you to understand your body’s limits and modifies poses for you effectively.
Expect to progress at a faster pace as compared to attending large group classes. In addition, you will be able to build a strong basic foundation in yoga for beginners and work your way to advancing your yoga practice in the safest manner.
