I love to combine creative sequencing, music and essential oils to help deepen the practice in my class. I want to help you thrive in life by nurturing your body, mind and soul with yoga and dance. This will allow you to discover, explore and embrace your true limitless self and feel more refreshed, energized and balanced.
Join me on this yogic and dance journey to maintain
a healthy, balanced life with a calm, peaceful mind and an open heart.
I started my yoga practice 6 years ago and found my passion in Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Wu Tao Therapy Dance and started to take teacher trainings. I believe that both Yoga and Therapy Dance are practices that quiets the mind, body and soul, a perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are and enables you to experience inner bliss, be able to express yourself through yoga and dance movements and to get people to relax and unwind.
I volunteered at Senior Homes to teach Chair Yoga and exercises to the residents; Music Song and Dance Potluck at Brahm Centre. I started a Wu Tao Dance Community to dance in nature. There is no better way to gather energy from mother nature and letting go in expressing yourself in the beautiful music and dance movements together with relaxing Yin Yoga. I hope to grow this community to share the benefits of Wu Tao Dance in Singapore.
